How to measure the bracelet ?

To achieve the example shown in the photos. I measured my wrist leaving space with the tape measure where I would like the bracelet to fall. My wrist at this point (tightening the tape measure) is 15 cm. By leaving space I arrive at 16 cm as in the photo, I made a bracelet of 16.3 cm to say to leave me a little floating.

The elastic bracelets being made to measure are neither taken back nor exchanged.
