About Heliboo ?

Let me introduce myself, Julie, I live in Belgium, I am a 3D graphic designer. I have always evolved with a creative path. Drawing, painting, photography, video, I turned as my artistic evolution towards computer graphics and 3D, a field where I could practice a nice job and know great experiences. But after a few years, the need to get out of my screen and do something more creative quickly arose. I discovered a passion for fashion and especially its accessories. At first, I started sewing, bought a few beads to make a necklace, then a pair of earrings, etc…. The idea of creating an eshop was quickly put in place. So I decided to create the Heliboo project, recently, in May 2017.

The origins of the name ?

In fact, there are none, I took a paper and a pencil and I made an association of letters and ideas, the logo came in stride.

My choice for fashion jewelry.

With Heliboo, I offer you a range of fashion jewelry of personal creation, but I quickly realized that it was not enough. So I unearthed little by little favorites that will take up a large part of the collection, selected by me, for you.

Of course, I continue to associate them with new creations, but this project allows me to wear several hats. I use my skills for the graphic part with the management of the website and social networks, the management (less funny), I take back my camera for my greatest happiness in order to best present the products to you, I pack your orders and take care of sending them as quickly as possible, I also travel to many events to meet you, and sometimes I work in partnership with other entrepreneurs, bloggers… I am constantly looking for new ideas to develop my project and when I have a little time left, I continue to create.

Heliboo creations and collections.

Heliboo creations are made, here in Belgium, according to the mood and desire of the moment. They are imagined from different elements that I unearth everywhere, whether new or sometimes even salvaged, some models are unique pieces. I try to follow current trends like floss and pompom, shells in summer, freshwater pearls, natural stones, large knits… Very recently I started making plexi earrings. The plexi parts are laser cut in Belgium. They are very light to wear.

Crushs.

In order to expand my selection, and to offer you a complete range of fashion jewellery, I have also chosen a series of “favorite” items. They do not come from the Heliboo factory, but they are real favorites that I wanted to share with you and have in my shop. I select them according to my desires, some according to your customer feedback. These are, jewelry, bangle, postcard and various accessories. I also recently opened a section for children (which can be perfectly suitable for adults for certain pieces and certain morphologies), and also a less fancy one in gold-plated and silver/rhodium 925/1000.

They joined the favorites and reinforces the Girly offer.

But also… The project is constantly evolving and by dint of ideas and beautiful encounters, I want more and more to offer you a selection of designers to complete the “Girly” offer of the shop. 100% natural candles, cocooning with bath products, small decorations with storage boxes, cactus or message boards, stationery, fashion accessories and even Christmas balls from a florist in the region in winter… This is only the beginning, but the goal is really to create a variety of boxes and gift ideas for you that are easily sent to your home (and yes, preparing and receiving a package is also a gift) or directly to address of your best friend, aunt, cousin, mother, …

Order picking.

Once your order has been placed, here is the preparation stage. Orders placed validated and paid for on weekdays before 10 a.m. via B-post delivery are (with some exceptions) prepared the same day.
The delivery is made via Bpost or Mondial Relay in follow-up and (it is offered via Bpost) for Belgium, France and Luxembourg from 65€ of purchases. There are also pick-up points in Gembloux and Sombreffe for convenience and to avoid delivery costs. An email will be sent to you as soon as your delivery is ready.

Private sales.

Located in Belgium, I also travel to private sales in Gembloux, Sombreffe and Sambreville. This year (2024) there will be some changes. I won’t be alone anymore! I am teaming up with Céline (Caelina creations) who will be present with her magnificent scarves totally designed, sewn and printed in Belgium. 2 Belgian eshops, privatized for a few hours, just for you!

When: Friday evening from 6 p.m. (start of sale, plan installation at least 1 hour before)

Where: At home, in the Gembloux region and surrounding areas, Sombreffe and Sambreville. (Don’t hesitate to contact us even if you come from a little further away)

Conditions: Provide a large table, good lighting and have at least 8 people on site (you + 7 people) to validate the gift for the organizer, otherwise it will be lost.

Gift: A purchase value of 10% at Heliboo and 10% at Caelina from the day’s sale will be offered to the organizer, to be spent the same day on site (These two advantages cannot of course be transferred from one store to another).

Advantages: Some parts will be available right away. A real shopping moment without waiting time. There will be a clearance and good deals corner depending on available stock.
